If an employee lodges, or indicates they may lodge, a personal grievance or other claim, you should notify your insurer immediately.
When ringing SBA - write down time/date/name of person you spoke to.
Most issues can be resolved:
- Through open discussion
- Through mediation or “without prejudice” (off the record) discussion
