Who are these people?
What do you know about them?   Facts/quote about resilience/courage

Hello day!  Expect good things

The bookmarks of life - success/failure ... life/death ... happy/sad  joy/pain ... sickness/health
The hills and dales of life
"own your problems, they don't own you."
Don't suppress what is going on or avoid the pain.
Go with the rip.  Acceptance of the feeling and push on.

Stuff happens.   Take charge.  Run towards it.
Own what is going on for you.

Be patient.  Breathe.   Take things in bite size chunks to deal with.
It's ok to be vulnerable.
It's ok to not feel ok, the trick is not to get stuck.

Our thoughts are not facts.

Move.  Eat well.  Connect with others.

Learn to quiet your mind.   Mindfulness.  Be present.

Big thanks for little things.   Gratitute.

“Happiness is like a cat. If you try to coax it or call it, it will avoid you. It will never come. But if you pay no attention to it and go about your business, you'll find it rubbing up against your legs and jumping into your lap.”

My reflections:  implications for myself and my own wellbeing.   Could use aspects of this with my staff.    Aspects of the first part with images and quote for assembly around being BRAVE.

Richard Gerver Ted Talks  - Finding A Higher Sense of Purpose A generation seeking the silver bullet.   No helping the mental health of our young teachers.  There is no silver bullet. AI.  Teaching young people to think critically to edit, and craft using AI.    Clever prompts and crafting/editing. Eric Schmit - CEO of Google (10 years). The greatest challenge I faced was our success.   When you have nothing to lose, you go at everything.  The more successful we became, the more we have to lose, the more protective we became. VISION Remind your people that they are brilliant and galvanise around our vision. Be courageous.    Stay true to what is right for your context, your community, what you know works and holds true to vision and our values. Clarity What do you stand for?    What makes us difference, hold true to that.   Ask the kids too    Coherence   What we project outwards, is this what...
