*School Docs (assurance statements) - copy and paste from school docs and add my own answers in.

*Uses a strategic plan and reports on this each month.
*Banked staffing - update each month so the BOT can see the whole year at a glance.

*Strategic planning session.   (Facilitator from STA) Who are we?  PD for BOT.   Role definition.  Student surveys.   Staff survey.   Parent survey.  School Data.
*Agenda (links to mins)  Check each month against annual BOT agenda items to ensure things are being ticked off.  Principal's report - breaks down each of the aspects of the strategic goals  (student learning, community involvement, personnel, calendar of events, roll.  I move that the report be accepted (at end of report).   Achievement data in committee, staffing.

*In Health and Safety records minor and moderate incidents for staff and students.
