Reading for Staff Meeting Week 11
From Teach Thought 12 Rules of Great Teaching


Reflecting on Personal Practice.  Where are my strengths?  Where could I put my focus to hone my practice further?    For me I know I am very student centred (12) and really believe and cheer on the students (14), particularly those who are struggling with self belief.    I love the fact that (7) education is constantly evolving - it is part of the challenge of the job and keeps us fresh as learners ourselves.   I am learning in this new position to start small.  Some days are just so overwhelming with a multitude of tasks, all which seem equally important.
