Next steps for us as a school in 3-5 years?  

Build upon our strengths x2  Different methods/support/structure for those who are struggling and their teachers  Not all ICT.  Strive for excellence.    Help with sitting academic assessments x2.   Study habits at home x2 to prepare for pressures of secondary school.  Enviro issues.  Values.  Extension in music/arts/sport.     Anti-bullying.   Literacy.  Keep the focus on intermediate years.  Social skills.  Compulsory sport.   To have the BEST teachers.  Prep for the future.    BC.  Academic and emotional focus.  More chances for parents to connect with others.  Connect with community for extension opportunities after school.    Personalised learning plans.    More formal interviews for parents (parents included in conversations about goals)    Connection to PSG - funds and opportunities to connect etc.   Continue to connect with community.   Māori and Pasifika connections.   Emotional health and resilience.  Reflection of NZ culture and heritage.  Continue high stds in core subjects.    Innovation in education.  Culture of collaboration between students and staff.   Garden to table.

Mana Enhancement Project - PD led by Steve and James
