The stories we tell our selves. Is the story you are telling yourself serving your future self?

- The most significant factor identified was psychological safety, where team members feel comfortable being themselves, voicing opinions, and taking risks.
- Teams that are reliable and consistently deliver on their commitments also perform well.
- Clear roles, goals, and expectations are crucial for effective teamwork.
- A sense of purpose and connection to the team's work is important for motivation and engagement.
- Seeing the positive impact of their work on the organization motivates team members and enhances performance.
