Weekly meetings with Caretaker. Visual audits of the school and priorities discussed.

Fortnightly meetings with Admin team. Upcoming events. Work on top.

Next Steps to explore:

Modifying our Appraisal system to empower team leaders and ensure accountability at all levels.

Investigate AGILE leadership model as a way for Nathan and I to collaborate on big pieces of work. Enhancing efficiency.
