Good systems really do streamline the work and stress ... Good examples of new things we have put in place are: Online Banking XERO New financial management Shift to ASB Weekly meetings with Caretaker.  Visual audits of the school and priorities discussed. Fortnightly meetings with Admin team.  Upcoming events.    Work on top. Next Steps to explore: Modifying our Appraisal system to empower team leaders and ensure accountability at all levels. Investigate AGILE leadership model as a way for Nathan and I to collaborate on big pieces of work.    Enhancing efficiency.
