Final Week of Term One Bouquets - Things to be Proud Of? Strong collaboration within and between teams - staff. All teams are utilising digital tools to assist with learning - no problems with misuse or with care of devices. All teams have rolled out Independent Learning using SOLO as a framework.   A move to avatars instead of photos - ensuring students are able to know where they are at yet maintain dignity as learners. All teams have identified priority/target students and have reported to the BOT using name/number/need around estimated OTJs. All teams have developed their own team MATES for students - expectations for learning based on Breens Values. Reading for Staff Meeting Week 11 From Teach Thought 12 Rules of Great Teaching Reflecting on Personal Practice.  Where are my strengths?  Where could I put my focus to hone my practice further?    For me I know I am very student centred (12) and really believe and cheer on the students (14), particularly those who are struggling with self belief.    I love the fact that (7) education is constantly evolving - it is part of the challenge of the job and keeps us fresh as learners ourselves.   I am learning in this new position to start small.  Some days are just so overwhelming with a multitude of tasks, all which seem equally important.
